Jason and Lori are retired Army veterans, each proudly serving 27 years before taking a leap most people only talk about. One day, Jason saw a quote that stopped him in his tracks: “Someday is a disease that takes your dreams to the grave with you.” That very evening, he decided they were moving to Key West to start a golf cart rental company. There was no perfect business plan and no roadmap already laid out—just the belief that life was too short to keep waiting for “someday.”

Three weeks later, they packed up their lives, left everything behind, and made the move to Key West. Starting completely from the ground up, they built Mile 0 Rentals and officially opened the business just six months later.

Today, Mile 0 Rentals is more than a business—it’s proof that sometimes the biggest rewards come from taking a risk, betting on yourself, and deciding to live the life most people only dream about, living “someday” today.
